Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Gloss and Glow! To ensure smooth scheduling, I require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee due to lost opportunities for the stylist. Any service adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the initial appointment and are subject to the stylist's approval. Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
